Felker, Ish, Ritchie & Geer, P.A. is comprised of five attorneys, Randolph B. Felker, Mark L. Ish, Carol J. Ritchie, Mariana G. Geer, and William D. Winter

Felker, Ish, Ritchie & Geer, P.A. practices in the areas of  insurance, commercial and general civil litigation, estate planning, probate, real estate and business law. The firm has performed a substantial amount of insurance defense work for a number of insurance companies, such as American States Insurance Companies, Foundation Reserve Insurance Company, Chubb Insurance Group, United States Fidelity and Guaranty, Millers Insurance Company, Prudential Insurance Company, Western Insurance Company and Allied Group.  The firm has acted as chief counsel for the New Mexico Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association and represents the Risk Management Division of the General Services Administration for the State of New Mexico on a contract basis.  The firm maintains a limited plaintiffs' practice which enables it to evaluate cases from both perspectives.  In addition, the firm maintains a real estate practice, representing buyers, sellers, developers, contractors and homeowners’ associations.
